The 2-car garage has been converted into a workshop and studio. The open floorplan offers a spacious kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. In addition, a large den will have a pool table. Washer & dryer at the house!
The room can come semi funished or not! up to you!
The exterior features a large front yard that feels private at the end of our quiet dead end street. A cozy covered back patio area, and additional back space with a campfire. (and hopefully someday soon, a hot tub)
WHO ARE WE:
My name is Vanessa, and my partner and I have been living at this house for 3 years now. We’ve lived with our current roommate for many years (12+ years) but he’s met the love of his life and is moving out to start his new life!
Our ideal roommate can commit to at least 6 months, but we can also be flexible. We are highly collaborative creatives who work in the TV/ Film Industry. We are monogamous and respectful of boundaries. We enjoy drinking socially, playing video games, DnD, and camping.
