Room to rent

A single story house in nice quiet neighborly area. We live in a peaceful area with a cool vibe. Close to Noho arts and Noho West, Studio City and Burbank, with easy access to the freeway and public transportation.

We are renting out a large bedroom and closet and private bathroom. It can be furnished or unfurnished. There is a private gated front yard that is a great hangout for coffee, meditation or yoga! What ever is your jam. We have a washer/dryer that is available for use. And also a bi weekly housekeeper that is included in the rental price. Although I do expect my roommate to clean up after themselves, especially in the kitchen, and keep everything tidy. No cigarette smoking in the house or property.
A little about us, we are both working creative types, I’m an artist who works full time mostly out of the house and I do travel a fair amount for work. My partner is a musician who owns a restaurant and music venue. We have one cat.
