Shared living room. Must be ok with dogs. I have two. Cannot accept more pets unfortunately. Looking for someone reliable who pays on time and cleans up after themselves. I’m not much of a party person. I’m up early so I’m in bed early. I enjoy to cook and relax on my days off. Good communication is key. The property is a back house (ADU). Has washer and dryer in unit. Street parking only. Quiet neighborhood.
Utilities are split 50/50. Modern appliances.
