$1500 per month rent + $100 additional for Monthly Maid visit to help keep up with cleaning. Master bedroom has large closet, queen platform bed with memory foam mattress, dresser/drawers, desk, nightstand, side table, lamps, and is attached to the master bathroom with a mosaic glass floor, marble tile shower w/jacuzzi jetted tub. Linens and towels provided or you can store them in the room if you prefer to use your own. Artwork can also be stored in the room if you prefer something else.

Lease options:
$1500 rent + $100 maid - 6 month to 1 year lease
$1700 + $100 maid - month to month lease or less than 6 months
Security Deposit $1000, refundable if no damages and left clean.
