This wonderful house is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Renting the master bedroom and its private master bathroom. Female preferred.
No children, couples, guests, pets, smoking, drugs, or alcohol. An informal interview in a nearby public restaurant is preferred before showing the property.
Includes use of a washer and dryer. Located in North Hollywood, there's a large driveway for off-street parking. Tenant must have a car. Includes access to gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, and coffee maker. The kitchen has more than enough pots and pans, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, and cooking utensils. The bed is a very comfortable California Kingsize Tempurpedic mattress with brand new sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases. There is a closet for clothing and light storage.
