Are you over apartment living & looking for a place to call home? I have a room available in my North Hollywood home, walking distance from the North Hollywood Metro and Lankershim/NoHo restaurants & nightlife. Convenient to Studio City & Hollywood. The room is unfurnished and available from July 1st.

About the Space:
- Location: North Hollywood, closest major intersection is Burbank & Lankershim.
- Rent: $1650/month + utilities included (electricity, water, internet, gas).
- Room: Modest size room, fit's a queen bed (it's an older home, queen mattress shown in picture). Large/deep double closet with storage racks and rods, double door mirror. Plenty of space in the rest of the house & backyard to spread out.
- Bathroom: You have full use of the family bathroom. Guests/visitors use this bathroom.
- Parking: Street permit parking is available for you, and I have visitor permits for our guests.
- Shared Spaces: Fully equipped kitchen (with plenty of fridge/pantry space for you), furnished living & dining areas (if you are WFH, the dining room table is a great place to work and watch the neighbors walking their dogs), large outdoor patio & garden.
- Amenities: Laundry room, high-speed internet, plunge pool out back, BBQ/pizza oven & heaters on the patio.

About Me:
- I would be the only other roommate. I'm originally from New Zealand, early 30s, gay male, a music industry professional (my recording studio is out in the backyard), and I mostly work from home.
- No crazy parties, but I do love having people over & the occasional event in the studio/backyard space.
- I love to be out in the garden, it would be a plus if you like that too.
- I value a clean, welcoming, and relaxed living environment.
- I'm an advocate for mental health & well-being and would like the home environment to be a safe haven to recover from the busyness of the city of LA.
- Welcoming space for LGBTQ+

House Rules:
- Non-smoking/vaping.
- Be respectful & kind. Communicate.
- Keep shared spaces neat & tidy, clean up after yourself in kitchen every time you cook.
- You are responsible for cleaning your bedroom & bathroom weekly.
