Your room is the one of two bedrooms that are on the 3rd level. The bedroom is a good size, it currently has a queen-sized mattress in it (see photos) but could easily fit a king. Rent is $1250/month + utilities. Unit has central air, in-unit W/D, new appliances, and street parking.
You would be signing the lease which ends on August 31st with the opportunity for renewal. We are looking for a young female professional (20s-30s) who is okay with dogs and respects the space.
