Available room is on the entry level floor off of the entrance. only bedroom on the floor to allow for extra privacy, a large private bathroom with shower with all of the modern amenities, a custom closet with a mini fridge and small built in coffee nook, a small front yard with large floor to ceiling natural sliders and tons of natural light, and a television with all streaming capabilities, high speed wifi, accent chair, queen size bed, and a bookshelf.

The kitchen and living room on the 3rd floor are also available to the renter. The washer and dryer/ laundry nook is also available to you on the 2nd floor in the hallway

5 min drive to Warner Bros studio, Universal, Disney/ABC studios, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and tons of shops and restaurants in the Burbank, North Hollywood and Toluca Lake.

We kindly ask our renters not have guests during their stay.

The photos currently show the room staged as an office, but the bed will be available and ready for our renter.

We are a married couple with a 3 year old extremely friendly 3 year old hypo allergenic Whoodle.

One of us works in tech the other in Entertainment and both are often working. We are looking to rent out an open and available room to a kind and thoughtful person. We are not partiers in our free time we are either being social with friends, enjoying great food, restaurants and live entertainment in L. A.
