One room with Private Bathroom and Balcony

Room (Yours)

The bedroom is the master bedroom (unfurnished) and has its own bathroom, a walk in closet and a balcony. The room has one shared wall with the second bedroom (mine).

The living room/dining room is a good size and can easily fit a dining table, L-Shaped, coffee table and large tv; including a couple of shelves. Just so you get a feeling for the size of the apartment. I already have a couch, coffee table and tv console, just no tv.

The kitchen is a little smaller. It's best to only have one person in it at once. There is an oven with a range, a dishwasher and refrigerator. Everything is in good shape.

I would prefer no cats or dogs, but there is always a maybe! So feel free to reach out.

The apartment building itself is quiet with no loud music or neighbors. It has an underground parking garage and my apartment has tandem parking. If you have an electric car there are a handful of electric charging stations around the neighborhood. Most are in walking distance.

There is also a large park just across the street from the apartment with plenty of running space and enough space to play fetch with your dog if you have one. There is also a public library and pool, basketball courts and tennis courts on the corner of Magnolia and Tujunga.

The apartment is in the NoHo Arts District and has plenty of bars, restaurants and an independent film theatre that plays blockbuster movies and indie films.
