About me:
I've been living here for the past year and my current two roommates are leaving. I'm Interested in fitness (constant gym goer, hiker, healthy eater) and nerdy stuff (gaming, D&D, sci-fi, fantasy). Empathetic progressive. Very clean and don’t leave messes for other people. I think of it as common courtesy to keep the home feeling like an organized and comfortable escape. Currently in my MBA program at CSULA. Military disability and benefits fully cover the costs of school and living (and then some).

She's a working professional and is into music, reading, dancing, fitness, anime and gaming. She also likes to keep things clean and is kind and considerate.

About you:
We're really hoping for someone who matches our vibe. Someone clean, considerate, empathetic and financially stable. Ideally, you're fine with street parking (more below, but there's no 3rd garage spot).
We don't smoke cigarettes and ask that you don't. She does use marijuana and I'm 420 friendly.

About the place:
It's a single floor, 3 bd, 2 ba apartment. 1300 sq ft total. Your bedroom would be 13' x 11' with a moderately sized walk-in closet. There's also a private patio for you. You'd share a bathroom with my friend. I have the dining room furniture, but there's currently no living room stuff.
We don't get a 3rd parking spot in the garage, unfortunately, just two tandem spots. If you have a car, you'll have to be open to street parking as your main answer (or discuss with my roommate). We might be able to snag another garage spot in the future, but that's entirely based on building tenants and the property manager.
It's a relatively normal application process (income, credit, background, etc). You'll need good credit (650+) for the process to be smooth or a co-signer who is willing to be added with you.
Total rent is 3300 and utilities are extra, so your part would be 1100 + about 100-150/month in utilities. There is a deposit of 3300 that we would all equally split (1100 each).
