I am a retired elementary school teacher. I am quiet and mind my own business and stick to myself. I am not a clean freak, but I am also not messy. I am easy going and flexible. I have 2 dogs, a chihuahua and a labrador. They stay outside. The 2nd roommate, in his 20's, works a lot and is very quiet and respectful. I live walking distance to the metro near Universal Studios. I am also near the New York Film Academy, and walking distance to many restaurants.
