I have a room open in my house that I rent here in NOHO North Hollywood Arts District on the border of Burbank (my friend I used to work with owns the house and they are the BEST landlords. I’ve lived here for 6 years and would love to find my next awesome roommate to share the house with!
I have a separate living room plus Den ,we would have to share the bathroom but we’ll get used to each other after awhile :) Huge backyard ,Washer and dryer in the garage ,central air and heat driveway parking!
Room comes unfurnished. but I do have an extra bed if someone needs it, otherwise I keep those in storage. the house is fully furnished but you’re more than welcome to decorate your room any way you like.
I Have a BOSCH oven in the kitchen if you like to bake , AMAZING oven everything comes out perfect every time .

About me -i’m an LA Native! I work as a Hairstylist and part time at a Contemporary design Prop House for the tv and film industry. I have a small dog named Albus who’ is 5 years old he’s a good boy and well behaved , he recently became paralyzed from the waist down and now he has wheels to help him get around .
I have an outdoor cat named seymour (she lives outside ). But I do bring her inside some winter nights so must not be allergic to cats. Albus loves other animals i might be open to an indoor/outdoor cat or a small dog .! Because of Albus’s disability a small dog only under 25 pounds is ok .

someone who doesn’t work from home would be most ideal for this house , Im in my 40s and would consider myself to be a mindful person, I think i’m really easy to live with Im easy going so do your thing , Be you ! Settle in and be home and be comfortable in your new home and I’m so very thankful to live In this house .
I’m hoping to find someone who wants to stay awhile and not a short term rental .
Lease is 6 months with option to renew because I wouldnt want anyone stuck in a lease if you’re not happy living here but I think you will be! Im looking forward to meeting my future roommate ! ,
