Room for rent in house with lots of amenities

Looking for a roommate in a comfortable roomy house with lots of amenities. Should be an animal lover - a collie and three cats live here - all extremely friendly. Would consider someone with a pet as long as it gets along with both the cats and dog - a small cat-friendly dog is probably the easiest fit. Large fenced backyard with outdoor sitting areas. Private bedroom with no adjoining walls to other rooms and a private bathroom with a tub /shower combo. Treadmill, free weights and exercise bike in the living room. Projector with recliner seating, gaming equipment and lots of movies. Full kitchen with lots of amenities for cooking. Biweekly housekeeper included. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, ample street parking. Some amount of garage space for storage and a garden.

I'm a director and currently work from home most of the time with the exception of shooting days - Although that might change. Looking for someone who is professional, cool with keeping the house quiet week nights and still trying to keep guests limited as COVID winds down... But there's lots of outdoor space to entertain. Currently doing the turf replacement program the yard will have a bit of work going on over the next month or so but nothing loud. Bedroom is currently unfurnished.
