Single Room in 3 bed LA apartment

Looking to rent out a room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for $1300. You will share the bathroom with one other person. My name is Errisson and I’m 42 and the other person is 44. The two of us have known one another for over 15 years and are good friends. As a household we respect one anothers space and belongings. In order for this to happen everyone has their own designated areas in the kitchen and refrigerator. We even each have our own trash can. lol so yes, there’s no reason for anyone to accidentally eat your cookies. As far as the place We have don’t have cable television but you are free to put any of your apps on the living room tv, we have central air/heat and internet. The internet and cable usually runs $35 a month and the DWP bill fluctuates but you can expect to pay $70-$100 every other month. As far as parking goes. There’s street parking or you could pay an additional $50 a month to have garage parking.

The room is empty with white walls. And the bathroom has two sinks so you will have your own area with that too. You can see that in the photos.

Also there is one hairless dog that lives here as we are highly allergic to hairy animals.

There is also an on-site laundry room. We are also asking for a first month deposit of $1300 on top of the first months rent. You will get that back when you move out and theres nothing damaged. The room will be painted with a fresh coat of paint and carpets cleaned.

We are looking for a stable, quiet, mature, VERY CLEAN, Cant say CLEAN enough lol also non-smoking, non partier, drug free adult. We also ask that no parties be thrown, without prior group consent, as we work a lot and like to to peace and quiet. If you feel this describes who you are then we should get along great. :-D We also do a $35 background check.

The apartments are called The Windfaire Apartments. In case you want to look them up. They are in North Hollywood off of Lankershim and Otsego. If youre familiar with the area, theyre right down the street from the Art Institute are about 4 blocks away as well as Universal Studios. Oh yeah Amazon fresh is right across the street. :)
