Great Furnished Room in North Hollywood House

Great room for rent in a quite neighborhood centrally located in North Hollywood, 5 minutes from Universal Studios and the NoHo Arts district. I'm looking for a VERY respectful and VERY clean roommate to share this home with. Dogs and cats will be considered on a case by case basis. All utilities are included (gas, cable TV, internet, as well as a housekeeper who comes twice a month to clean the common areas) except the DWP (department of water and power) which we split evenly once every two months. Hardwood floors in the bedroom and brand new washer and dryer are on site. Fireplace, full kitchen and beautiful relaxing backyard with garden. Carport is used on a first come first served basis, but there is always plenty of street parking with no need to worry about street cleaning or no parking times. Security deposit of $1,200 is required on the move in date. Animal Deposit may also apply. One year lease is preferred but could possibly do 6 months if necessary. Room is available now.
