New floor and fresh paint, new mini blinds. In room refrigerator included. It has 2 large mirrored door closets, ceiling fan, central air and heat, laundry room, share kitchen, dinning room ect.
Very safe and secure cozy home.

We are looking for a professional, or a Student that is responsible, trustworthy, and can pay on time.
We are 2 females that work for the school district and a third is a City life guard + CSun student.
There are many other rooms for rent and the land lords are asking very little or no security which tells me that these landlords/sub-renters are either desperate to rent or dont care who they rent to, however their ads have a good description and they will have a good conversation. Their house, condo, or apartment may look beautiful to lure potential renters.
You get what you pay for as far as who you share with and personal propertu security.
