You will enjoy your new home. Your room is furnished with a Big Screen TV with Many streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu+, Max, and more. Extra large Closet.

You have the privacy when you want, but you aren't stuck in your room. You will also will have USE OF ALL common areas including a Gourmet style kitchen with a shared refrigerator with one other person, Living room, comfortable front patio-our 2 small dogs have their own yard attached- BBQ on backyard patio... You get the idea. We try to make it your home, not just a room,

No hidden fees. Rent is all-inclusive. Not many rules or restrictions. Mostly common sense stuff. Being be respectful and picking up after yourself are important.

Unfortunately, no pets, no exceptions. Our two small dogs do not do well with other animals. No exceptions of any kind.

Please note that there is smoking in the house.

The room is preferanly A WOMAN as the bathroom is shared exclusively by women.
