Gorgeous, cozy home with sparkling pool, front and backyard space to be outdoors, shared hallway bathroom with tub! Good sized closet in your room.

This is my home with my 7 year old child, our dog, 2 cats, and 8 chickens (fresh eggs, help yourself!)
When I have events (Friendsgiving, New Moon Circle, etc, you are welcome to join and invite your mindful connections, otherwise no guests permitted.

About us, we love dancing and you will often hear us singing! I make music, run a wellness business, and do all kinds of performance.
My child loves drawing and we homeschool.
The house is quiet by 8:30pm on school nights and usually 10pm on other nights with the rare evening lasting until a bit later.

This is a mostly sober household. You may not smoke on the premises. No use of substances in the common areas or backyard. If you use plant medicine in responsible quantities you are welcome and supported here in whatever mindstate you are in, as long as the consumption is done privately. (Living with a young kid.) If you choose to use alcohol, please do so responsibly.

We keep the home fairly clean and tidy and expect you to contribute to the cleaning proportionally to how you contribute to the mess. Your room is your prerogative.

The house has a dance pole, piano, yoga trapeze, and pool. You are welcome to use them if you love them.

I prioritize straightforward, non-violent communication and looking for a mature adult who can handle boundaries, both yours and mine.
