You will also will have USE OF ALL common areas including No restrictions in kitchen and appliances, Living room, comfortable front porch-the dogs have their own yard attached- BBQ on backyard patio... You get the idea. We try to make it your home, not just a room,

No hidden fees. Rent is all-inclusive. Not many rules or restrictions. Mostly common sense stuff like being be respectful and picking up after yourself are important.

We are animal lovers, but our two small dogs do not do well with other animals so no pets. No exceptions of any kind.
