There is also a washer/dryer and professional bathroom cleaning monthly. This is a CLEAN and QUIET household, with housemates, who are working professionals, working various schedules, so it's rare to bump into another housemate. No Drugs, Alcohol, or Smoking, in or around the household, due to severe allergies. Parking is on the street. Rideshare is easy and Public Transportation, is close. The home is located inland, away from traffic, but still a short distance to the 405, that leads conveniently to the 118, 5, 101 and 170 Freeways. In case of allergies, we have two non-disruptive well behaved cats, who generally spend their time downstairs, with us. Room is single occupancy only, no exceptions.. Located in North Hills - close to Burbank, Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Northridge, Granada Hills, Mission Hills, Reseda, Encino and Woodland Hills - all within a 10 to 20 minute drive.
