Master Bed Available for the summer

I am looking to find someone to sublease my room for the remainder of the lease. It is up in mid-August 2024. I am willing to chat about move-in dates, but you have to meet the other roommates before move-in so we can make sure it'll work for the two months you'll be there. Ideally, I would like to move out in mid-June, but if the space is needed at the beginning of June, I'd be willing to discuss it further. I will just be out of town starting May 28th.

This situation is ideal for a college student looking for summer housing or someone from out of town looking for a place to live during their summer internship.

The room in question is the Master bedroom, which has an attached bathroom and walk-in closet. There is plenty of space for anything you might need in the room, as well as a ton of closet space. I currently have a queen bed, desk and two bookshelves with a reading chair in there.

The downstairs is a shared common space with a dining area and living room. There is also a small backyard area with a cement patio.
