In addition to the listed rent, there is a fixed $150 monthly utility fee. This includes all utilities, high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, toilet paper, paper towels, and weekly cleaning of common areas and the kitchen. Rooms are single occupancy only. No pets or smoking allowed. There is plenty of street parking available, and some rooms come with assigned parking. First-month rent and one month’s security deposit required for move-in. If you decide to move forward after touring the place, a standard online application with credit and background check will be required.
