Pasadena: Furnished Private Room/Bathroom

Room is furnished with a queen-size bed, bed linen, a dresser, ceiling fan, TV, mini fridge and has a private full bathroom. You will have access to all amenities and common areas such as living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and pool/jacuzzi.

- Rent is due as indicated and includes utilities.
- Form of payment TBD, I am open to accepting electronic payment via Zelle and Venmo.
- No meals are included. However, we would welcome your company, and culinary skills should we be able to arrange shared meals.
- No household supplies are included.

Please Do Nots: You must be a non-smoker, clean, professional, student/employee, and like a small dog, however, no pets are allowed. We also have chickens and will hear them mornings and during the day.
- No drugs
- No smoking/vaping
- No pets
- No guest sleepovers
- No leaving of food in the room as it can attract ants.
