Looking for a respectable responsible, trustworthy individual who is also outgoing and friendly.

My boyfriend and his mom currently live with me, him and I have one dog who is the most precious baby ever. ❤️‍🔥 We all work full-time and have busy schedules. More often than not the house is very quiet and peaceful. We aim to keep it a calm and comfortable environment for ourselves and you!

The room is comfortable for one individual, there is a shared laundry space , kitchen and dining area! I also have an extra full-size refrigerator for you to use if necessary. All cleaning chores will be a shared responsibility for all shared/common spaces, we simply ask that you just clean up after yourself on a regular basis. Street parking is available with permit. Some furniture could be left in the room for you to use upon request.
