Hello,

I am looking to rent to an individual who is respectful, responsible & trustworthy but also who is outgoing, & friendly!

My boyfriend and his mom currently live with me, we all work and have busy schedules. We have one dog who is the sweetest baby ever! The house is spacious and more often than not very quiet & peaceful. We aim to keep it a relaxing & cozy environment for ourselves and you!

We all share the kitchen, we just ask that you please clean up after yourself. There is a separate fridge available for you to use and store your food items. House chores will include sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, organizing of all common areas shared. Washer & Dryer is available for use onsite, please use with care.

Street parking available with permit.

If more than one person (two max) or couple, price will be adjusted.
