Coming from an artistic background my style is very eclectic, nostalgic and colorful as you’ll see in the photos. If you’re looking for the typical all-white walls with gray couch, you won’t find that in the common areas…lol. However, YOUR bedroom and bathroom are both decorated in white and neutral colors.

Gay male here! I'm a former socialite and party boy turned homebody...lol. I work and study from home, so I'm around a lot. I’m very courteous, respectful, and self-aware, so I appreciate living with someone who shares those values.

I prefer to keep common areas clean and tidy, but I'm completely relaxed about how you keep your own private space.

Schedule-wise, I'm a bit of a night owl, a light sleeper, and tend to wake up on the later side. A mutually quiet environment during sleep hours is ideal, though I do wear earplugs so you don’t have to tiptoe around or be completely silent during the day while I'm sleeping in…lol.

Socially, I value a peaceful home base over a party house, but I’m down to go out occasionally or host the occasional guest.
I'm independent and low-maintenance, but also fun, easy to talk to, and have a good sense of humor. I'm totally open to just being roommates or becoming good friends—whatever the dynamic naturally leads to!
