Single Mom With Two Toddlers!

Hi there,

I am a single mom with two toddlers (3 & 5) and we live in a wonderful recently renovated home in South Torrance. Household expenses are a little heavy for me to carry on my own so I am looking possibly for any other single mothers out there with a little that would want to lease our one of our rooms. Our home is fully kid friendly, pet free, smoke free and alcohol free. I work full time and my kids go to school extended full time so we are busy household! We love Friday night pizza nights, roasting smores by our outdoor fireplace, and just enjoying the backyard and Torrance community on the weekends!

Our bonus dining room has been converted into my kids' arts and crafts / reading room. They are very sweet and well-behaved so hoping that if there is another toddler in the house they are also respectful and can compliment each other. Having kids, we have all the steaming services on the tv, full wifi and I even have a bonus office ADU separate from the house if you need a separate space to work. We also have wonderful neighbors who are retired and always look out for us.

Everything is fully furnished and I have cleaners that come once a week to fully deep clean the house. We have brand new appliances as well.

All amenities will be included so it is just one bill a month.

I do prefer only single moms with 1 toddler inquiring as I am a single mother myself with 2 littles and feel like it could be a much more comfortable living situation. No other individuals live on property.
