I'm renting 2 rooms in my beautiful hilltop home with Stunning Views, Spacious Deck & Wood-Beam Ceilings! It's an urban oasis yet minutes to the bustle of Highland Park/Eagle Rock/Downtown LA/South Pasadena. 10 min drive to amazing restaurants/bars, grocery stores, parks, public transpo.

Perched high up on the sleepy hills of Mt. Washington, it's a nature sanctuary, majestic trees, walking trails, birds, owls and gorgeous sunrises!

This is a 2 story, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house. Shared spaces on the first floor (including guest bath), all bedrooms on the upper floor. Both rooms are directly across the hall from each other and share one bathroom. So you would share the bathroom with 1 person.

The house has everything, full kitchen with commercial stove, fireplace, washer/dryer, central air, smart TV, gas BBQ, high speed internet, and keyless entry. Common areas are furnished, bedrooms are unfurnished, although partially furnished is an option.

About Me: Early rising, LA native with Mexican roots, GenXer and small business owner who works from home. I'm the homeowner, I put a lot of love into this space and my goal is to create an inspiring, harmonious home where everyone feels welcome and respected.

About You: Kind, clean, mindful and mature. You have a full life and generally bring good vibes home. Most importantly, you are respectful of shared spaces, take initiative, and communicate openly and directly. You value solutions over conflict. Ideal for someone looking for a peaceful space with some community.

Rooms are also perfect for one person looking for a dedicated home office.

About the Home Vibe: The home centers around cleanliness, open communication and house rules. Everyone pitches in to keep the shared spaces pristine and we have a housekeeper come once a month. We keep a smoke and synthetic fragrance free home, ie, no plug ins. Overnight guests are welcome with a heads up. Regular partners are fine, within a reasonable amount of sleepovers.

No large vehicles due to narrow streets and driveway.
