The room comes with a new 55" 4k TV, free WiFi, biweekly maid service, and all utilities are included in the price.

You'll be sharing the house with 3 other people, two of which live on the lower floor. Looking for someone employed full time, with good credit, and proof of income. Quiet, clean, and respectful of the house. No pets and a non-smoker would be preferred. Prefer no loud music, or parties. Overnight guests are fine, but only if it's on a non-recurring basis.
