I am a retired lady that has a spare room to be rented to a person that has reliable income. The room is furnish. Need a person that has good moral habits, no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, no visitors. There is only one bathroom to share and is kept immaculate clean. Need to move in 500.00 month of moving and 500.00 for last month deposit. Person needs to show identification, and proof of income. No kitchen, parking out street. Person of interest may call me. No late night calls, please.
