HVAC, ceiling fans, full bath, Queen size bed, linens, full closet, sitting area w/ large couch, desk/work station and a mounted Roku TV. It was designed to be an awesome Airbnb rental (before the City of LA killed our plans) so it essentially has everything you need.

That being said, the equipment & furnishings can be removed if desired.

Private, keyless entrance. Traditional utilities are all included
(water, sewer, power, gas & groundskeeping). Internet will be your only responsibility.

I have a housekeeper who comes once a week (to my house). If you are interested, you could engage her directly to take care of the guest house, too. She's awesome.

The neighborhood is residential, neighborly and chill. Close to a giant city park, bus & metro lines. Up-and-coming Inglewood with all of it's new restaurants and sports/concert venues is only 5 minutes away. DTLA/Beverly Hills/Venice Beach are roughly 20 min away.
