This private detached guest house is a gem. It’s great for a student or for a professional who needs to keep a well-appointed place in the city. It gets a lot of natural light and has a sweet little backyard, too. It is centrally located and there is plenty of unrestricted free parking. . Newly remodeled (2024) & fully furnished. Small but super functional & fully equipped kitchen: large sink, range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & dish/glass/cookware. It was designed to be an awesome Airbnb rental (before the City of LA killed our plans) so it essentially has everything you need. .
