Looking for a roommate to move into my beautiful Glendale apartment!

Just two blocks from the Americana/Galleria and it’s a very nice walkable area.

The apartment is 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms with outlet adjascent reserved spaces in the parking garage beneath the building. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom with a tub and two huge closets. Apartment is two floors, bedrooms and in-unit laundry are on the second floor.

We also have a guest half bathroom downstairs where the living room, kitchen, patio where I put a hammock, and I turned the little cupboard under the stairs into a tiny recording booth.
