Room for rent Monterey Park

The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Monterey Park, with free street parking available. It’s a comfortable and respectful living environment, ideal for someone with a busy work or school schedule. The room is a smaller private room (no windows), and you’ll be sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with me. Rent is $750 per month, with utilities typically ranging from $30–$70 (includes internet, gas, and electricity). Shared living space, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. We’re looking to maintain a peaceful home, so no pets, smoking, or parties. Female only.

My roommates and I are looking for a 4th roommate to rent a room in a house in Monterey Park. We’re hoping to find someone who can commit to a 1-year lease through May 15, 2027.
