$1,200 Fully Furnished Bedroom in Remodeled House

Looking for a quiet, responsible working professional or grad student to rent a bedroom in a newly-remodeled house for $1,200 per month (plus utilities ~$150 per month). The bathroom is shared with another respectful and quiet roomate. The house is located at the end of a quiet and safe cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood. The room comes furnished with a bed and table. It will be ready to move-in on 4/1/26.

-Tenant must park on the street. There is ample parking on the street.

-You will have a fully furnished room with a queen-sized bed, table, and chair. You will also have a large closet.

-There is air conditioning for those hot summer months.

-Although utilities are not included, the house is equipped with solar panels.

-There is an in-house washer and dryer

-A maid will clean your room and the house once per month -9 foot regulation pool and ping pong table in living room

-No overnight guests

-No pets

-No smoking/drugs
