Room Available in Nice Monterey Park Condo

Hello! We have a bedroom available in our 3 bed/2.5 bath condo in Monterey Park. It's a nice, quiet area with lots of great food options around - and very close to USC's health sciences campus as well as Cal State LA, for any students interested.

You would be taking over the lease of our third roommate, which extends through July 31, 2026. The room is available starting January 1, 2026. We are open to discussing a lease that would go just through this date or if you would like to have a lease that extends for an extra year beyond those months, this is possible upon discussion with the landlord.

The bedroom itself is a nice size with a decently-sized closet. It shares a full bathroom with 1 roommate, but there's a 1/2 bathroom also available to use at any time. The tenant you would be subleasing from has been kind enough to offer his furnishings of the room for the next renter to use while living in the apartment, including the bed, dresser, and TV shown in the images. The living rooms are furnished with couches, so it's a nice space overall to host friends and small gatherings. We also have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. And there's a 2-car garage, which we'd split amongst us three roommates. There's plenty of street parking available on days where you're not able to park in the garage, though. Rent includes water, sewage, and trash. Tenants pay for gas, electricity, and Internet (which is a good speed!).

As for the two of us you'd be living with, we are USC medical students and we're very friendly - so happy to talk to anyone who reaches out and is interested in the place!
