Room Available in Nice Monterey Park Condo

Hello! We have a bedroom available in our 3 bed/2.5 bath condo in Monterey Park. It's a nice, quiet area with lots of great food options around - and very close to USC's health sciences campus as well as Cal State LA, for any students interested.

The bedroom itself is a nice size with a decently-sized closet. It shares a full bathroom with 1 of us roommates, but there's a 1/2 bathroom also available to use at any time. While the bedroom itself is unfurnished, the living rooms are furnished with couches, so it's a nice space overall to host friends and small gatherings. We also have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. And there's a 2-car garage, which we'd split amongst us three roommates. There's plenty of street parking available on days where you're not able to park in the garage, though. Rent includes water, sewage, and trash. Tenants pay for gas, electricity, and Internet (which is a good speed!).

As for the two of us living here now, we are USC medical students and we're very friendly - so happy to talk to anyone who reaches out and is interested in the place!
