Rent for a couple: $1,950 with one parking space in garage or $2,025 for both parking spots in the garage.
Utilities : Averages around $100 a month for Gas, Water, Power, and Internet.

About the space:

The townhome is 1,784 sqft. Two Bedrooms. 3 Bathrooms. Private Garage. Community pool and spa.
There are 4 levels in the town home. Level 1 is the landing with a small den, entry closets and guest bathroom. Level 2 drops down to the living room, dining room and kitchen with scenic balcony that overlooks the hills and gas fireplace. Level 3 is a small landing between the stairs with the laundry room and a large closet or tiny room depending on how you look at it. Level 4 at the bottom has a small hallway with the linen closets and the two bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom and are almost identical in size. Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove, and all overhead lighting have been updated since the stock photos were taken and are less than 2 years old.

About the neighborhood:

Most of the neighbors own their townhomes and are very settled in. Please be respectful and refrain from loud noises. Everyone is very friendly, lots of dogs, and walkers around the neighborhood. The unit looks out at Ernest E Debs regional park and is just a 5 minute drive down the hill. Neighborhood is safe and parking is easy to find for guests.

About me:

I am a 30 year old gay male recently separated from my ex-husband. I have a full time job as a visual merchandise manager for a furniture company and I do fashion design and painting on the side. I love all things creative, christmas, disney, movies, pets, outdoors, shopping, games, and hosting parties. A little more on the quiet side and definitely enjoy my alone time, but appreciate deep conversations and socializing.

About Pets:

I have a 2 year old Dalmatian named Finley. She is the sweetest thing in the world and gets emotionally attached to people quickly once she warms up to you. She is also extremely high energy and sheds a lot. She typically has one walker a day come and pick her up for 30 minutes while I am at work so I’m not looking for a roommate who has to help take care of her, but you must love her and be able to deal with her energy level. I have two cats as well, both male, and tend to keep to themselves. Willing to discuss a roommate bringing addition pets on a case by case basis and see if they are compatible.
