Private bedroom available in a well-maintained, shared co-ed single-family home in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The room can be provided furnished with a bed, mattress, and desk, or unfurnished if preferred.

The household is friendly and respectful, with everyone generally maintaining their own schedules and privacy. We’re looking for an additional housemate who is similarly considerate, clean, reliable, and comfortable communicating directly about shared-house matters.

Costco, Starbucks, LA Fitness, restaurants, and everyday shopping are approximately five minutes away by car. Downtown Los Angeles is approximately 25 minutes away in light traffic. A car is recommended for most commutes, and applicants should confirm that the location works well for their workplace or regular destinations before applying.

Most utilities and internet are included. The gas bill is shared among the housemates and typically costs approximately $25–$40 per person each month.
