* Non-smoking
* Calm, responsible, and considerate
* Working or has a busy schedule
* Respectful of the home and its environment
* Comfortable communicating and being mindful of boundaries

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who wants a peaceful, drama-free living environment and will treat the home as their own while respecting the shared spaces.

Please note: This is an all-electric home, so the roommate will be responsible for splitting the monthly electric bill with me.
