Two private room options are available in a clean, newly renovated home in Montebello.

Room options:

* $1,225/month — private room with smaller closet
* $1,400/month — larger room with larger closet and beautiful city/horizon views

Both options include access to a private bathroom and parking.

The home is located on a hill with beautiful views and is in a quiet area that’s great for walking. There is also plenty of street parking available for visitors.

The household is clean, relaxed, and respectful, and we’re looking for someone who will be respectful of the home and shared spaces.

There are currently two small, very clean, quiet, and friendly dogs and one cat in the home, so you should be comfortable living around pets. No additional pets at this time.

No smoking inside the home.

Utilities are not included and will be shared among the household.

Minimum stay: 4 months.
