Comfortable Room, Nice Home, Great Neighborhood!

This lovely and comfy bedroom, which has just been spruced up with new flooring and lighting, is on the second floor of a five-bedroom home and has a street view! It’s all set with its own TV and a brand-new mattress. There’s even room for a desk if you need one (though it’s not included). Plus, there’s a shared bathroom, laundry facilities, a kitchen, and a backyard. Utilities and Wi-Fi are on the house. The home is a 2400 sq ft older place with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, complete with central HVAC and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is super quiet, and the home is close to the Montebello Town Center and the 60 freeway.

Just a heads-up: smoking, drugs, parties, and loud noises aren’t allowed. Also, we’ll need to do a background and credit check.

We’re retired seniors with two small, well-trained female older dogs. I’m the female owner/resident, and I’m friendly, active, organized, and tidy. I have my bedroom upstairs with an en-suite bathroom. The male roommate is a nice guy, but tends to keep to himself most of the day. He has his bedroom downstairs.
