The room is located in Montebello, $1,150/month plus $1,000 deposit unfurnished private room in a 2Br and shared 1Ba apartment, AC and Heating along with site amenities available (on-site laundry rooms, gym and POOL). On the outside are beautiful grass and patio areas with grills if you desire to BBQ or just hang out and relax. Street parking available and utilities, high speed internet bills are split, but we can negotiate if you’d prefer to pay a flat fee. No pets currently but we can negotiate if desired. Beautiful wood floors and large dining area. Friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood. Flexible rental length, currently 6 months left on the lease but able to re-up if desired. You will need to undergo a background check if serious to rent the room.
