We are looking for a clean, responsible, and professionally employed tenant to rent one remaining room in a spacious 5 bedroom house currently with four other easy going, quite, and polite occupants. House is centrally located near downtown Monrovia less than 5 minutes from the 210 and 605 freeways with easy access to stores, restaurants, etc.
