I'm a single female living in a beauitful home with a native garden in the front and veggie garden in the back. I'm looking for one female housemate. No couples, please.

A well behaved pet is an option we can discuss.

About the Home:
– Cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath house within walking distance of downtown and close to the San Gabriel mountains and many nature hikes (view of the mountains from our front yard)
– Shared vegatable garden and composting system (backhouse is home to a family: mom, dad, teen girl, and 6-year-old boy)
– Outdoor shower and bathtub
