I have a 2 rooms available in my three-bedroom, two-bathroom house located in a great quiet neighborhood. Just to be clear though, I have two rooms but ideally I'm looking for one tenant to choose from the two rooms but could be open to multiple people. One comes furnished already but can easily move that stuff out if you choose to bring your own stuff.

Choose between two rooms:
Room 1: 11ft x 11.5ft with a closet (no attached bathroom)
Room 2: 14ft x 10ft with a private attached bathroom (no closet)

Washer and dryer in the house,
I have a full kitchen with all appliances (stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, dishwasher), central AC and heating, great wifi.

Rent: $1300 plus utilities OR YOU CAN RENT BOTH ROOM FOR $1700. Will need a deposit too.

About Me:
Male, in my 30s, I work in the TV and film industry and live a laid back, quiet lifestyle. Im a very clean person and always clean up after myself. I don’t smoke, drink, or party, every once and awhile I will have a couple people over for game nights and such but that's about it and I’m looking for a tenant who shares a similar vibe, someone tidy, responsible, and preferably who doesn’t work from home. No smoking on the property.
