Also a gated community with a swimming pool, spa, and basketball court. There’s a king bed in the other room and the room looks smaller as the bed in that picture is closer to the middle. Bathroom directly across the hall and has new shower handles and glass sliding doors. I also bought a dresser which a TV can easily be placed on. I might be negotiable, but couples would probably be closer to $1,800/month.
