Furnished Primary Bedroom w/ Private Bathroom

Hey there! Thanks for checking out our fully furnished primary bedroom that will be available to sublet on August 16th!

The entire apartment is a 3 bedroom apartment, and we love living here.

The room for rent is the primary bedroom. It’s about 16' x 14', with a giant closet space. The room is furnished and ready for you on day one, with a bed frame and mattress, dresser, desk, chair and cabinet in the room. I would prefer to keep it furnished, but if you’re looking for more of a clean slate, that may be an option.
(Everything in the photos except the tv is included in the room).
The room also includes a private bathroom with shower, and full sink and vanity area. The apartment has a spacious, shared kitchen and living room area, with communal TV. Also includes a beautiful courtyard and community sun deck.

Located in the heart of Santa Monica. The beach is just one mile away and buses to SMC, UCLA, Downtown LA etc. run one block away. Grocery store within two blocks. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are less than a mile away, and there is a Target 3 blocks away. Less than a mile from the 3rd Street Promenade.

$1675 a month (plus $1675 refundable security deposit) plus utilities (usually between 40-60 a roommate). Street parking is permit only, but the room does include a parking permit (because of the permit, parking is pretty easy to find right in front of our building). Laundry units are on site, and there is a gym on the premises ($40/ month if you want to use that).

Current roommates both work from
home (construction sales and actor/comedian). We mostly keep to ourselves, but we’re both very easy to get along with (I think!), and we will randomly go out for drinks or host a small game night together. Hoping to find someone who is respectful, professional, and friendly.

We are able to go month to month, but would love to find someone that plans to stay for the foreseeable future.

Expectations:
- Always pay your rent in full and on time
- Must be ok around a dog (unfortunately you cannot bring any animals)
- Keep common areas clean (clean up after yourself)
- Be a courteous roommate (will need to sign a basic roommate agreement form)
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building, but there is an easily accessible alley right behind us.
