New 2 bdr available 4 bdr/4 bath - Mid City

Hi, we’re looking to fill two rooms in our 4bd/4ba apartment in Mid-City. The place is fully set up, and both open rooms have their own private bathrooms.

The apartment is currently four men(two will be leaving by Dec 1), but we’re open to all genders. Everyone here works, keeps common areas clean, and respects each other’s routines.

We’re looking for people who are employed, responsible with shared spaces, and comfortable living in a home where people have active personal lives. We host friends occasionally, but the apartment stays respectful at all times.

Move-in dates: One room is available immediately. The second room will be available November 23 or anytime after. If the right fit isn’t able to move in until December 1, the current tenant will cover the remaining November rent, so there’s flexibility on timing.
