* Internet: ~$60/person
* Gas & electric: ~$100/person (every 2 months)

* Alex: 24M, chill dude, and production assistant
We're an LGBTQ+ and BIPOC-friendly household looking for someone responsible, clean, considerate, and easygoing. Ideally, you're proactive about cleaning, respectful of shared spaces, noise, and guests, and LGBTQ+ friendly. I'd especially love to live with another queer person or woman!
We're chill about visitors with a heads-up. Partners are welcome, but we'd prefer overnight stays to be limited to a couple of days at a time.

* Must have a full-time job, even with a cosigner
* No full-time students, couples, or children
