Hello! We’re looking for a new female roommate in their late 20s/early 30s to fill a room available in a four bed, two and a half bath duplex with a lease start date of November 1st. There will be a total of three of us living in the space.

Apartment is in Mid-City/Miracle Mile, near the intersection of Fairfax and San Vicente (about ten minutes from the Grove). It’s a great central location!

We are in our late twenties and early thirties. One of us works hybrid and the other works in-person. We’re both laid back, respectful and pretty lowkey. The apartment is a calm and peaceful place – we don’t bring the party home. Looking for a roommate who is likeminded and looking for a similar environment.

Rent:
Rent: $833.33
Utilities (LADWP, WiFi, gas): ~$75
Monthly cleaner (kitchen + bathrooms): ~$60

About the apartment/room:
The apartment is 3 bedrooms + office with 2.5 baths. We have a lovely patio area that’s a great outdoor extension of the space.

The available room is spacious, has ample storage space (including a walk-in closet!), and gets lots of natural light. This room shares a shower with one other roommate.

• Washer and dryer in unit (for tenant use only)
• Easy to find street parking and shared garage
• The lease is divided up individually with the landlord, so there are no concerns with group leases/group payments. First and last month rent due at lease signing.
• This is a year-long lease, not month-to-month.
• Landlord requires a background/credit check to be considered. You will also need to meet with landlord for a quick interview as well.
• No pets allowed
• Apartment is the downstairs residence of a duplex – not located in a large apartment complex
• No smoking in unit/or anywhere on premises
• Landlord has a strict overnight guest policy, so if you expect to have overnight guests (including significant others) often, this is not the right fit
