Peaceful West LA Townhouse

Hi, my name is Marc. I’m a graphic novel author and I run an animation studio overseas. Because I travel internationally for my business on a regular basis, I’m looking for a trustworthy, responsible roommate who will enjoy sharing the townhouse when I’m home and take good care of it while I’m away. The townhouse offers the best of both worlds: it is centrally located near The Grove, LACMA, the Original Farmers Market, shops, restaurants and many of Los Angeles’s cultural attractions, yet it feels peaceful and secluded. The home is set around a beautiful shared green courtyard. With the neighboring townhouses opening onto the lawn, it feels almost like village living—a true haven of peace in the middle of the city. The furnished private bedroom has good natural light, a comfortable bed, a television and space to work or relax. We would share an equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, bathroom facilities and a furnished patio opening directly onto the courtyard. I’m looking for someone clean, considerate, dependable and respectful who will appreciate the peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the home.
